Wearbond Spray Coating
Amorphous Protection Against Abrasion, Corrosion, & High Temperatures
WEARBOND Coatings are engineered to be applied to metal surfaces to provide a surface protection which is resistant to Abrasion, Corrosion, High Temperatures, and Galling. Typical thermal spray coatings have properties which are related to microstructure, carbon content, and micro-carbide formation. WEARBOND’s unique properties are based upon the Atomic Structure which is created after being applied and are best described as a “Metallic Glass”.
